Healing through awareness

Healing begins with understanding Support for women facing trauma, burnout and the realities of SEN parenting

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or unheard, whether from the pressures of work, the demands of family life or the unique journey of raising a neurodivergent child, you’re not alone. Life can feel chaotic, especially with ADHD, anxiety or low mood in the mix, and it’s easy to lose your sense of self.
I’m Zoe Plant, a qualified Counsellor and Somatic Coach, Bupa-recognised and creator of the Coachellor Method®. I work online and face to face from my therapy room in Coxheath, Maidstone. I support women leaders and mothers navigating trauma, burnout and the complexities of SEN parenting, including experiences such as domestic abuse, shame, toxic workplaces, guilt, narcissistic dynamics and addiction. My approach blends counselling with trauma-informed coaching to offer clear, steady support that meets you where you are.
With lived experience of ADHD, addiction, bipolar disorder, fibromyalgia and domestic violence, I understand the noise, the self-criticism and the drive to overachieve that can lead to burnout. This is a calm, confidential space to slow down, be heard, and find practical ways forward.

Trauma‑Informed Counselling, Coaching & ADHD Support for Women and Parents of Neurodivergent Children.

Helping you break free from survival mode, quiet imposter syndrome, and find balance at home and at work.

I offer trauma‑informed counselling, coaching and ADHD coaching for women and parents of neurodivergent children who feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, self‑doubt and burnout. My trauma‑informed approach helps women break free from these cycles, tackle imposter syndrome, and find balance between their personal and professional lives. Through one‑to‑one sessions, in person or online, and workshops for schools, organisations and businesses, I educate on the effects of trauma and empower women and girls to lead with authenticity and resilience.
If you’re exhausted from holding everything together and ready to feel more grounded, confident and clear, you’re in the right place.
