I’m Zoe, an ADHD and menopause coach supporting ambitious women to better understand their brains, manage overwhelm, and build practical strategies that work in real life. My coaching is flexible, neurodiversity-affirming, and designed to help you feel more confident at work and beyond.

Trauma‑Informed Support for Women and Girls.

You don’t need to arrive calm, organised or holding it all together. You can come as you are, overwhelmed, exhausted, tearful, scattered, in pain, late, or unsure where to start. You are welcome here.
My work brings together counselling, somatic (body-based) coaching, and psychoeducation around ADHD and hormones. Together, we look at how your mind, body, nervous system, history and current life pressures all interact.
We may work on:
  • making sense of ADHD traits, trauma responses and hormonal changes
  • easing menopause symptoms with supportive, practical strategies
  • calming overwhelm, anxiety, shutdown, anger, sleep difficulties and chronic pain
  • untangling shame and self-blame
  • creating small, realistic changes that work with your brain and energy
  • navigating big life transitions, including leadership and identity shifts
Sessions are one-to-one, online or from my home practice in Coxheath, Maidstone. We’ll decide together what kind of support feels right for you, whether that’s short-term focused work or longer-term support.
