Zoe
Hi, I’m Zoe.  I work from my home private practice in Coxheath, Maidstone.  I specialise in supporting women and girls and parents of neurodiverse children, using The Coachellor Method®️ to offer neurodiversity-affirming, flexible coaching and counselling. My approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when working with the mind and body, and acknowledges the complexities of past, present, and future experiences.
Life isn’t always predictable, sessions may be interrupted, emotions can surface, and plans can change. I understand this first-hand and welcome it, with no need for apologies. I have ADHD, Fibromyalgia and am mum to an autistic son.   As an ADHD Coach, I adapt to your needs, whether that means splitting sessions into shorter calls or finding a structure that works for you.
As a trauma-informed, somatic coach and counsellor (I call myself a Coachellor), I provide a safe and compassionate space where your experiences are respected and your goals come first. Whether you’re a parent, professional, or simply navigating life’s challenges, you deserve support that fits your reality and helps you move forward feeling genuinely understood and empowered.

The Coachellor Method®️ is an integrative approach I developed to support neurodiverse women and parents of neurodiverse children. It blends the best of counselling, somatic trauma-informed coaching, and recovery coaching into a single, flexible framework. The aim is to honour the full complexity of each person’s experience, mind, body, and emotions, while offering practical tools for real-life change.
I use the Coachellor Method®️ because I believe that no single approach can address the unique challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals and their families. Traditional coaching or counselling alone can sometimes feel too rigid or disconnected from the realities of daily life, especially when you’re juggling work, family, and your own wellbeing. My method is both neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed, which means it respects your lived experience and adapts to your needs, rather than expecting you to fit a predetermined mould.
By combining these disciplines, I can offer truly personalised support, whether you need space to process emotions, strategies for navigating overwhelm, or practical guidance for moving forward. This approach creates a safe, compassionate environment where you’re encouraged to be yourself, and where every part of your journey is acknowledged. Ultimately, I use the Coachellor Method®️ because it allows you to make meaningful, lasting change in a way that fits your life, not the other way around.
