ADHD can be misunderstood, especially in women and girls. You might have spent years masking, overachieving, people‑pleasing or feeling “too much” and “not enough” at the same time. ADHD coaching gives you a space to understand your brain, your patterns and your needs, without judgement or pressure to “just try harder”.
My ADHD Coaching for women and girls combines the Coachellor Method®️ with practical, ADHD‑friendly tools. We look at how trauma, stress and masking may have shaped your nervous system, and we work gently with your past, present and future so change feels safe and sustainable.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with me. Whether you are newly diagnosed, self‑identifying or still exploring, we focus on what you are experiencing right now and what you need next.

Navigate life roles and responsibilities
Find ways to hold your responsibilities as a parent, partner, leader or carer without losing yourself in the process.

My Approach

 

As someone with ADHD, who has lived through addiction and is parenting a child with Autism (PDA), ADHD and Dyslexia, I understand the layers of guilt, overwhelm and pressure to “get it right” for everyone else. I bring that lived experience into my work, alongside my professional training in counselling, somatic trauma‑informed coaching and recovery coaching.
Sessions are informal, warm and collaborative. We move between exploring your emotional world and putting in place practical steps, so you leave feeling seen, supported and equipped.

1:1 Sessions

1:1 The Coachellor Method®️ Sessions

  • The Coachellor Method is a unique approach that combines the depth of counselling with the forward-thinking action of coaching. Unlike traditional counselling, which focuses mainly on understanding and healing the past, and unlike coaching, which emphasizes setting and achieving future goals, the Coachellor Method does both. It offers trauma-informed emotional support whilst looking at your past, while also providing practical strategies to help you move forward. All when the time is right for you. The sessions are a joint, professional relationship of trust and respect. This means you get a safe space to process your experiences and the tools to create real change in your life, all within one supportive, informal service.
  • £65 for first hour to 'try a session' Then: 4 hours package - £250 8 hours package - £490 12 hours package - £730 WhatsApp support between weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
  • In Coxheath or online.
